SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead and supervise Genting Centre of Excellence (GCE)’s Learning Facilitation team comprising four HRDCorp TTT certified/accredited Facilitators
  • work closely with HODs to identify development needs, design & facilitate relevant training programs for GCE and GenM’s Learning & Development Department
  • review & manage 2026 Training Calendar to incorporate and ensure the training programs recommended by HODs and GCE are promptly updated and effectively executed to achieve above average rating, at least 90% room capacity attendance and annual training hours
  • monitor the progress of e-Learning Essential Mastery programs to ensure 100% completion of mandatory programs before the quarterly or annual deadlines
  • source for qualified external training providers and ensure their programs are effective by way of improved departmental or cross-functional productivity level.  The 2026 annual budget for external programs is 56% (RM2.8m)
  • identify internal talents and grow the current pool of HRDCorp TTT certified Facilitators to achieve internal training ratio of 44% (RM2.2m p.a.)
  • review HODs’ post training evaluations of internal & external Facilitators, if need be, provide advice to improve course contents and deliverables to stimulate learning that will raise RWG’s KirkPatrick Training Evaluation to the next level up
  • review the Management Trainee programs for RWG's hotel and F&B divisions
  • connect with colleges and universities with hospitality majors, to grow RWG's scholarship and internship numbers
  • perform any other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time
