Job Requirement:

  • Degree qualification in Tourism Management/ Hospitality or Business Management
  • Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English skills essential.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in supervising within a theme park ticketing environment required.
  • Previous theme park, water park, F.E.C. or museums experience an advantage.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite of software is essential.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide managerial and administrative support and assistance to the VIP, VQ and Event Manager.
  • Act as duty manager in the absence of the VIP, VQ and Event Manager.
  • Ensure sustainable operational readiness of all VIP arrangement, VQ operations and Event management, handling and operation to  all Guests / clients a world-class friendly and efficient VIP, VQ and Event and excellent guest services experience.
  • Uphold integrity by enforcing all proper closing of VIP Experience packages, Events coordination and VQ functions are handle properly.
  • Manage the administration of the VIP Experience, VQ and Events by creating seamless process and attention to details.
  • Assist in producing a daily status report of admissions and make available to operational stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of SOP's for the productive, efficient and friendly operations.
  • Assist in the delivery of the on-the-job training programs of SkyAmbassador.
  • Conduct briefings and meetings and pass on all relevant information to SkyAmbassador.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all departments working particularly close with Marketing & Sales for events sales and coordination.
  • Assist in coordinating any adhoc VIP arrangement either internal or external request.
  • Managing and handling any special events on a need’s basis.
  • Monitor and handle VIP, VQ and Event related feedback either face-to-face, Medallia or any form of feedback channel.
  • Provide up-to-date report for Pheme Park Management review.
