Job Description:

  • Supervise the cast & crew in a store, cart or retail outlet
  • Supervise the opening and closing of the store, cart retail outlet ensuring the appropriate check lists have been followed
  • Role model to cast & crew the demonstration of product knowledge and good selling techniques by presenting the features and benefits of the merchandise to the guests.
  • Give feedback to cast & crew on the attention to the steps of service
  • Supervise the display of stock attractively according to presentation standards
  • Participate in the stock takes
  • Receive and process incoming stock
  • Report out of date, missing or damage stock
  • Rotate stock and monitor use by dates
  • Process stock transfer
  • Support the cast & drew in the operational of ePOS equipment according to procedure
  • Motivate and encourage cast & crew to create an exciting and vibrant park atmosphere by “spruiking” retail items
  • Act with confidence in responding to guest enquiries in a helpful manner
  • Encourage cast & crew and role model the provision of memorable moments for guests whenever possible
  • Take full ownership of the empowerment to resolve guest challenges as soon as possible and support cast & crew to do this
  • Deliver excellence in Guests service at all times
  • Suggest and recommend to guests
  • Liaise with Retail Executive and challenges, issue and store/cart/outlet achievements and improvements


Job Requirement:

  • Minimum SPM qualification;
  • Pleasant personality;
  • Preferably 2 years experiences in Retail field;
  • Able to converse in fluent English & Bahasa Malaysia.
