Desired Qualifications, Experience and Skills:            
•    Minimum SPM or equivalent.
•    Able to communicate both verbally and in written form in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus. 
•    Experience in administrative work and/ or theme park work would be an added advantage.
•    Familiar with utilizing computers, computer programs and have basic Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge .
•    Must have the ability to participate effectively in teams.
•    Experience explaining and enforcing policies and procedures preferred.
•    Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings/ long hours.
 

Job Summary:            

Park Experience Assistants are responsible for ensuring the smooth communications, support and reporting of Theme Park on-grounds Operations. This includes coordinating and communicating with operations base relating to safety, operations, maintenance, park services and human resource management such as park wide cleanliness, emergencies (First Aid), safety and other park wide issues. Park Experience Assistants will also support other divisional roles in Guest engagements like acquiring park surveys and ushering of Guests and / or escorts for parades.

Further the job holder will take responsibility for guest tools in use within the facility such as lockers, stroller storage area and mobile charging stations ensuring facilities are available, maintained and serviced according to standards.

            
Job Specific Responsibilities:            
    Support other divisional roles in Guest engagements like acquiring park surveys and ushering of Guests and / or escorts for parades.
    Ensure personal, Guest and Team Member safety at all times.
    Ensuring all area of the theme park are presented in best possible standard.
    Assist with parkwide emergency and evacuation procedures.
    Liaise with other departments such as cleaning, maintenance and guest services on a need’s basis.
    Maintain overall cleanliness of the Park areas.
    Monitor and document daily work progress reports.
    Coordinate project tasks to ensure project delivered within timelines.
    Perform other duties as assigned.
