Job Description:

  1. Coordinate and oversee office activities and SOPs
  2. Make travel arrangements for management
  3. Control and keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  4. Manage phone calls and correspondene (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  5. Other responsibilities – as and when require by management


Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma qualification in any disciplines; or
  2. SPM with 2 years related experience in admin field
  3. Possess good communication skills in English
  4. Well-groomed and pleasant personality
  5. Good stamina as required to walk long hour in the mall
