Responsible for the following:

  • Data Centre & Facilities Daily Checking (DC Checklist) and monitoring
  • Daily Backup Tapes preparation and tape checklist
  • Data Centre Facilities Preventive Maintenance and Service Report Documentations.
  • Handle Data Centre, Tapes and Inventory List
  • Reporting and Service Desk cases

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology in Computer Science or with relevant experience;
  • Experience in IT Support/ Data Center/ Backup operation/ Network or Server will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful.
  • A good team player willing to assist team members yet able to work independently.
