BASIC FUNCTION: Overall Brand custodian for Theme Park and its other business units as well as employee branding. To execute communications related materials including print, on premise, website, newsletter, mobile app and signages. To develop marketing campaigns and ideas to maximise profit through strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products and ideas.  



  • Assist in the creation of all marketing and communications activities such as development of key marketing messages, content and creative briefs for the theme park’s marketing campaigns, promotions and events
  • Assist with fulfillment of marketing promotions and execution of marketing events
  • Writing and editing support for all outbound communication including email, promotional materials, collateral updates, reports, training materials and presentations
  • Plan and optimize content for the website and Newsletter, and continually work on the website info updates and build newsletter database
  • Coordinate and arrange for production of the marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, buntings, posters and on-premise media space.
  • Ensure all materials are available on time, before the start of every campaign.
  • Assist in ensure that the brand image, personality, tone of voice is consistent across all channels and campaigns
  • A trend setter and able to keep oneself up to date with customer trends
  • Assist in ensuring that products and services meet brand / sales KPIs, customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  • Key drive for through-the-line marketing campaigns for brands. Working alongside internal teams and external vendors (agency partners, suppliers etc), ensuring that all comms is consistent, on time and meet KPIs/objectives.
  • Involvement in projects from time to time.   
  • Plan and execute Marketing strategies and plan within key objectives
  • Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format;
  • Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
