Job requirement

• SPM qualification or it equivalents (external)

• At least 1 year experience as Store Assistant/ General Worker (internal)

• Able to speak & write in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Possess MS Office Applications knowledge would be an added advantage



  1. Store Clerk is reporting to HR Supervisor and Executive, HR-Employee Services.


  1. To assist the Welfare Supervisor and Executive to upkeep the beverages stock inventory at the Store Room and at the Bar Counter. To conduct periodical stock checking at Store Room and Bar Counter and to maintain record. To ensure to maintain the stock level of the beverages inventory and to keep record for any stock requisition.


  1. To ensure all furniture and fittings, all sound system, etc; are well maintain and services. To assist to report and to raise PMS for any R&M related work.


  1. To assist the Welfare Supervisor and Executive to maintain the cleanliness of the Employee Services facilities area and to ensure the stock items at Store Room or Bar Counter are properly arrange and keep record.


  1. To assist the Welfare Supervisor and Executive in supervising and monitoring the General Workers on their daily work and day to day operations matter and to responsible on preparation a monthly Duty roster.


  1. To ensure the daily cleanliness of all business units and all facilities area under HR, Employee Services. Such as, Staff Recreation Centre, Executive Club, Staff Stadium, Staff Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Karaoke and HR Theater.(Including common area of toilets, corridors, staircases, passageways and bar lounge area)


  1. Job scope for Store Clerk is including performing a General Cashiering function at the Bar Counter at Staff Recreation Centre. He or she also accountable for all Cash and Inventory transaction.


  1. To involve in all events, tournament or any activities organized by HR, Employee Services.


  1. To perform any other duties may not be stated details but instructed by his Superior at all time.
