Job Description

  • To assist the Welfare Supervisor on a daily general administration works, e.g, to record of Cash Collection, daily requisition or application of Transport Allowance / Married Quarter / Overnight Form; printing of Certificates, preparation of Invitation Letter, payment requisition; etc;
  • To assist Executive, HR-Employee Services to prepare summary of Employee of the Month and to scan all the supporting documents and pass all the nominees name list to Time Clerk on checking the medical leave incurred.
  • To record and to pass the cash collection in a sealed Petty Cash enveloped to the General Cashiering, Finance Dept at 1700 hours daily.
  • To be responsible and check the stationery stock level and to raise SR accordingly.
  • To check and to ensure office cleanliness are always upkeep.
  • To submit Weekly and Month Report on quartering, Hotel Visitation summary, Baby Gift Summary.
  • To involve in all events, tournament or any activities organized by HR, Employee Services.
  • To perform any other duties as required by Superior.


Job requirement

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Able to speak & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Preferably Chinese Female
