Job requirement

  • SPM holder with 10 years experience in Chinese Cuisine & Local Cuisine and at least 3 years’ experience as Outlet Chef or Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Catering with 6 years experience in Chinese Cuisine and Local Cuisine and at least 3 years experience as Outlet Chef
  • Experience in Chinese Banquet is required for this position with the ablity to handle 5000 - 6000 capacity for events
  • Possess knowledge in wastage and spoilage control, food quality, kitchen safety and hygiene
  • Experience in menu planning and food costing is necessary
  • Possess basic computer knowledge and basic report writing skill
