JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum recognized technical/engineering-based Degree / (Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical certificate holder
  • Experience in cable car operations or relevant technical knowledge background, preferably in the technical operations and maintenance of heavy machinery or equipment.
  • Ability to plan, organize and implement the repair and maintenance activities independently
  • Good communication skills as ability to interact with other departments, external consultants, government bodies, etc. for the smooth operation of the department
  • To provide operational support to other Skyway divisions (operation, retails, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal and technical skills to supervise and lead a team of technical personnel to carry out all duties and responsibilities effectively
  • No physical defects
  • Neat, tidy and pleasant

 

JOB RESPONBILITIES

  • To assist Technical Manager to ensure the safety of cable car operating system through regular inspection, and efficiency of Skyway through effective Preventive Maintenance Program.
  • To provide guidance to staff to ensure that all job assignments are being carried out satisfactorily.
  • Staff motivation.
  • To study and analyze of each breakdown incident or accident and to come out with a remedial solution or corrective action plan.
  • To monitor on staff performance.
  • Monitor on progress of planned preventive maintenance jobs.
  • To guide staff on the compliance to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 45001
  • Occupational Health and Safety Management System
