Job Description:

  • Taking the lead in managing the assigned retail stores and ensuring the Retail Crews are professionally administer the retail stores' functions including maintaining retail displays, following cash handling processes, generating sales, and delivering service recovery while ensuring the delivery of friendly service excellence at all times
  • Called upon to support the Retail Crew in the management of challenging Guests and empowered to make decisions to immediately assist the delivery of service recovery.
  • Ensure processes and checks are in place for the opening and closing of the store, cart, retail outlet ensuring the appropriate check lists have been followed. 
  • Coordinate the ordering, stocking and display of store stock.
  • Monitor the refund, void and cash variances. 
  • Monitor stock sales and propose price adjustments.
  • Monitor and report on out of date, missing or damaged stock.
  • Authorise the stock transfer process.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 1 to 2 year working experiences in business operations;
  • Possess knowledge in organizing events and activities would be an added advantage
  • Experience in managing theme park operations and POS system would be an added advantage;
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
