Job description:

  • Responsible for the day to day operations of Awana Skyway – Awana Station, Chin Swee Station & Sky Avenue Station, Gohtong Jaya Cable Car (Genting Skyway) – Gohtong Jaya Station & Highlands Station and overlooking the operations 
  • Basic job functions include daily manpower planning & deployment to the various stations;
  • Conduct OJT Programmes for new Ops exec,
  • Monitoring staff compliance with departmental policies & procedures and safety regulations during operations hours,
  • Ensuring our boarding & queue management system are in good operating conditions including following up with servicing & rectification.
  • with responsibilities in both Skyway and Skytropolis
  • Handling of customers & service recovery during Skyway service interruption & emergency breakdown and the arrangements of alternative transport to the hilltop from mid-hill and vice-versa


Job requirement:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Mass Communication or its equivalent with 2 years customer service related experience or
  • At least 2 years’ experience as Operation Executive
  • Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal & communications skills
  • Good leadership skills
