Role Purpose
The Senior HR Executive - People Technology & Transpormation (PTT) supports the implementation, integration, and ongoing operations of Workday across key modules including Core HCM, Com & Ben, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Learning, and Reporting & Analytics.
The role focuses on data conversion, system testing, and HR master data integration from Workday to SAP ECC6 for payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and smooth post-go-live operations.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Implementation & Integration Support
- Support configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment across Workday modules.
- Assist in defining and validating HR and payroll data requirements for Workday–SAP ECC6 interfaces.
- Support integration testing (SIT), UAT, and payroll parallel runs covering employee lifecycle events.
- Validate data accuracy across modules, including employee, organisational, compensation, and benefits data.
Post-Go-Live Support & Optimisation
- Provide BAU support for Workday modules and payroll-related integrations.
- Troubleshoot data, integration, and process issues between Workday and SAP ECC6.
- Support system enhancements and configuration changes impacting HR and payroll data.
Data Governance & Documentation
- Support data integrity, consistency, and audit readiness across HR systems.
- Maintain documentation for data mappings, interfaces, test scenarios, and system changes.
- Support payroll cut-off timelines and internal control requirements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors on implementation activities and system issues.
- Translate functional requirements into clear system and data specifications.
Requirements
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, or People Technology roles.
- Hands-on exposure to Workday implementation and post-go-live support, especially Core HCM.
- Experience supporting HR-to-payroll integration, preferably with SAP ECC6.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of Workday data structures across multiple modules.
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC6 payroll-relevant HR master data.
- Experience in data conversion, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and issue resolution.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working across systems and teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Added Advantage
- Exposure to Workday–SAP payroll integration projects.
- Experience in large or multi-entity organisations.
- Willingness to be based in Genting Highlands, Pahang.
