The Senior Facilitator will responsible to:

  • Collaborate with the operations and supporting departments to identify business / organizational training needs and assess the training process execution.
  • Design, manage and deliver in-house training program for staff and executive level, including soft skills program, ad-hoc training request and orientation program for the new recruit.
  • Analyse, select and apply a variety of technologies to address specific training/learning needs.
  • Implement and monitor the training assessment and evaluation to measure training effectiveness that meets organizational needs.
  • Ensure training calendar, program, system and policies are updated from time to time to meet improvement requirement.

 

Job requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of experience in teaching/ training
  • Ability to design, manage, deliver and evaluate training programme.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and computer skills.
  • Competent English speaker and good in English writing
