Job Summary

 

To be responsible in all training activities assigned by GCE Manager and jointly implement and execute related activities assigned from time to time with regards to the overall T&D in RWG.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with the Training Manager and HODs to design new & relevant learning programs that will enhance productivity and improve the service level of RWG
  • Identify internal talents and grow the current pool of HRDCorp TTT certified facilitators to achieve 44% of internal trainings (2026 = RM2.2m p.a.)
  • Source for external training providers to achieve a ratio of 56% external training (2026 = RM2.8m) to compliment the 44% internal trainings
  • Review HODs’ post training evaluations of internal & external facilitators, and if need be, provide advice to improve course contents and deliverables to improve and stimulate learning as measured by KirkPatrick Training Evaluation
  • Understudy fellow Facilitator, independently facilitate Power-up sessions

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Degree/Diploma in specializing English Language
  • Minimum 3 year working experience and familiar with the hospitality environment.
  • Competent in English Language related training programs and familiar with programme(s) curriculum development
  • Some experience in TNA/TNI and/or training field plus understand and familiar with T&D cycle will be an added advantage
  • Excellent in communications, presentations and negotiations skill.
  • Resourceful and a team player, excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate to people at all levels
  • Good planning and organizing skills, computer literate and effective in R&D and able to work with minimum supervision with good time management
