Stock and Logistics 

  1. Compile and reports issues from supply chain operation.
  2. Observe and compile feedback from Merchandise and Retail Operations on stock and logistic.
  3. Assist in coordinating inventory audits as required by Finance.
  4. Prepare Inventory Reorder Report periodically and work with Merchandise team to forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and understocking.

 

Product Quality Assurance

  1. Prepare product quality assurance policies and procedures. 
  2. Prepare product quality assurance standards and procedures.
  3. Review adequacy of product quality assurance standards when required.
  4. Prepare product sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting product quality data.
  5. Periodically review and update the implementation and efficiency of product quality and inspection systems especially with IP holder requirements.
  6. Review and update risk management activities related to product quality in the system.
  7. Prepare and organize training interventions related to product quality assurance.
  8. Develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions based on the findings report.
  9. Keep track on the internal audits and other product quality assurance activities documented to be in line with the IP holder requirements from both SL, QA, BA, 3rd Party team and Merchandising team and to enmsure that these are properly documented.
  10. Coordinate with GCP, Merchandising team and supplier to further investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues related to product quality.
  11. Monitor the product quality document management systems and ensure compliance from respective parties.
  12. Review statistical product quality data and prepare report.
  13. Compile data and identify unfavourable trends.
  14. Review reports on product quality activities.
     

Brand Assurance

  1. Communicate changes required to Merchandising team on merchandise concept and packaging designs and ensure thaat they adhere to the brand guidelines.
  2. Gather information on the brand marketing campaign organized by corporate and Theme Park Marketing Department.  Brief Merchandising and Retail Operations on the latest brand marketing campaign and brand assurance direction
  3. Collaborate with Merchandising team in custom brand management plans for merchandise and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management periodically.
     

External Business Partner Management

  1. Setup the evaluating system for external Business Partners.  Periodically gather feedback from Retail Operations on external Business Partners and compile the outcome.
  2. Ensure the revenue share report from Finance is accurate and the payment is issued accordingly.
  3. Perform research on respective business field and review the essential partner's ongoing performance across development, operational excellence, and revenue initiatives.
