Job description:

• Coordinating project activities with various internal departments and external parties to ensure project deliverables are achieved and management’s approval is obtained.
• Supporting the department in collecting information, analyzing data, conducting research and preparing reports for management discussions and decision making.
• Managing the department’s documentation, filing and tracking of projects.

• Supporting the department in administrative tasks.

Job requirement:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, or its equivalent
• A least 2 - 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Management Consulting, FMCG), where the incumbent is exposed to providing advisory services and facilitation to Management positions.
• Interpersonally-savvy, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, adept in problem-solving and flexible in adapting to constant change.
• Experience in Project Management would be advantageous
