Job Responsibility of Receiving Senior Executive

Responsible for the overseeing and managing of daily operations in Receiving.

• To manage and ensure efficient goods received, condition and issuance of goods to Warehouse team and end user.
• Handling of inbound and outbound Receiving activities.
• To ensure good sanitary and safety practice in handling food items.
• Monitor suppliers’ deliveries arrived promptly and timely.
• Work with Purchasing Dept on fulfilment and Operations (such as F&B outlet) to improve service standard.
• To responsible for system and project-based operation.
• To review monthly report of productivity against KPP and carry out statistics analysis and being able to carry out improvements to KPP by enhancing Receiving productivities value towards basic day to day operation output.
• Monitor and review workflow, manpower allocation, space requirements, develop actions for productivity and loss preventing.
• To get feedback and follow up with operations on any goods quality issue for improvement.
• To oversee general maintenance, including of material handling equipment, weighing tools, cold room, etc.
• To analysis and review of supplier scheduling and loading bay management.
• To ensure site and employee performance are in compliance with HACCP, foods delivery requirement, Halal, EHS, OSHA, PO specification Standard
• To ensure Working Instruction's and Standard of Procedure's are regularly updated with most recent documents and information.
• Handling stocks and make sure received items are handled efficiently.
• To investigate on discrepancies found in stock variance report.
• To follow up on Goods Return Notes and Credit Notes with respective suppliers and other department personnel
• Training employees and assigning duties to staff.  
• To comply and conform to Quality Management System requirement as set by Management.
• To carry out any other assignment/task given by superior as and when required.

Skills and Specifications Requirements

• Good communication skill and writing skill
• Speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Product knowledge of Food and Beverage ingredients is preferable
• Working experience in Food and Beverage field, Inventory/Material & Warehouse Operations will be an added advantage
• Competent in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work Independently and handle multiple projects
• Outstanding skills in teamwork, communication, multi-tasking and network ability.

Education and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Economics/Supply Chain/ Logistic/Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management required for this position.
