Job responsibilities:

» Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers;

» Process leasing documentations, reports and retailer correspondences;

» To assist in managing the everyday operations of the leasing department;

» To assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement marketing and leasing plans;

» To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields,

» Assist in developing and executing leasing strategies to maximise occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix.

» Support in positioning the property as a preferred destination for shoppers and tenants.

» Source, negotiate, and secure new tenants to ensure an optimal tenant mix aligned with the mall’s positioning.

» Manage lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations to achieve business objectives.

» Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants to enhance retention and long-term partnerships.

» Conduct market surveys and competitor benchmarking to identify leasing opportunities and market trends.

» Provide insights and recommendations for tenant categories that align with consumer demand and footfall.

» Monitor rental collections, arrears, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.

» Prepare and present regular leasing reports, projections, and updates to management.

» Liaise with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to support tenant promotions, fit-out, and operational requirements.

» Ensure timely handover of premises and compliance with fit-out guidelines and mall standards.
