Job Purpose:

To support the Human Resources department in delivering strategic and operational HR services, ensuring the resort attracts, retains, and develops top talent while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive work culture.

Job Description:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
  • Liaise with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Conduct interviews and manage onboarding processes.

2.     Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Training & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and GENM policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

5.     Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers and employees through the review process.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee claims 

 

Job specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or resort industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
