Job Description:

  • Responsible to run F&B Cost Control section and ensure that the day-to-day operation standard and deadline are met as specified by Finance Manager.
  • Devise, update and plan for more effective methods of working and procedures within FBCC to ensure more accurate and timely information for analysis evaluation.
  • Plan, implement and monitor on monthly stock count and audit assignment.
  • Monitoring of food, beverage and tobacco cost for Genting Highlands Resorts and Awana Genting.
  • Perform variance investigation on high cost, explanation and moderation.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Recognised Accounting/Finance degree or professional accounting qualification 
  • Minimum 3 years  working experience with at least 2 years in F&B Cost Control
  • Well verse in all aspects of F&B operations
  • Knowledge of PC based office application software is essential
  • Good in both spoken and written English
  • Possess good inter-personal and communication skills
