Job Responsibilitites : 

• To perform show tickets and related promotion;
• To manage daily operation which includes to manage venue’s inventory and replenish accordingly, liase with engineering for R&M, queue line management and crowd control and assist in venue preparation, seating arrangement and ushering work.
• Assist in ticketing administration works, trouble shoot transactions error and handle customer enquiries/complaints
• To handle daily counter’s sales opening & closing.
• To assist in tournament or events setup when required. 

Job Requirements : 

• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification;
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills;
• Able to work independently and as part of team;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure the operational smoothness and efficiency.
