Job Description:

  • Oversee the operation of M Spa (budgeting, marketing, financial and service level performance, service programs, etc. and perform ongoing audits to drive excellence in brands, service standards and productivity.
  • Improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
  • Displays exemplary leadership and create a positive environment for outstanding customer service.
  • To be responsible for the recruitment, induction, training and development of all spa therapist and staff.
  •  Reporting directly to Vice President - Hotel Operations.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Spa operations or management including new spa openings, preferably in a similar capacity with international hotel chains.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a position where branding and customer service are key elements of success.
  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in relevant field of Hotel or Spa management, Marketing or Operations management.
  • Proven track record and reputation in the industry
  • Demonstrate high level of initiative, integrity and accountability and drive to grow the business
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
