Job Description

  • Supervise staff and road charge collection operations.
  • Ensure that the stationery, equipment and hardware required are adequate and in good condition.
  • Provide advisory, motivational and conduct training services to the road charge collectors.
  • Addressing problems and grievances during operation.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations Officers to ensure that emergency situations that interfere with the operation are reported accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure collection declared correctly and accurately in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform review, report and monitoring works throughout the operation.
  • As well as other works as prescribed and directed by the Management and the Company.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma with minimum 6 months relevant experience or 
  • SPM with minimum 2 years relevant experience 
  • Have good leadership qualities.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Skilled to use computers and basic software such as MS Word and Excel.
  • Positive working attitude, self-driven, resourceful, systematic with strong analytical skills.
