Desired Qualifications *Minimum qualification of High School Certificate
Experience *Malay speaking, reading and writing skills essential.
Skills: *Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English essential.
  *Oral language skills in a third language highly desirable. (example Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese)
  *Minimum two years in a retail or customer focused environment essential.

Job Summary:
The Retail Supervisor are responsible for supervising the Retail Crew as they deliver friendly service excellence while maintaining store displays, generating sales and processing retail transactions. 
Working Environment:
This is an onstage position involving direct contact with Guests, Cast & Crew. Most work will be required to be performed in a purpose built retail environment generating sales, delivering friendly service and cash handling.

*To listen actively to our Guest feedback, request and concerns in order to take action in an ethical, effective and timely manner to exceed their expectations.
*To enforce attraction rules and provide crowd control in a friendly manner throughout the areas as necessary in order to ensure the Guest's safety and enjoyable experience.

*To maintain building, facilities, equipment and supplies in order to minimise damage, reduce waste and control costs.
*To actively seek and implement cost saving programs in order provide positive financial results.
 
       
Job Specific Responsibilities:
*Supervise the Cast & Crew in a store, cart or retail outlet.
*Supervise the opening and closing of the store, cart, retail outlet ensuring the appropriate check lists have been followed. 
*Role model to Cast & Crew the demonstration of product knowledge and good selling techniques by presenting the features and benefits of the merchandise to the Guests.
*Give feedback to Cast & Crew on the attention to the steps of service.
*Supervise the display of stock attractively according to presentation standards.
*Participate in stock takes.
*Receive and process incoming stock.
*Report out of date, missing or damaged stock.
*Rotate stock and monitor use by dates.
*Process stock transfers.
*Support the Cast & Crew in the operatations of POS equipment according to procedure.
*Motivate and encourage Cast & Crew to create an exciting and vibrant park atmosphere by ‘spruiking’ retail items.
*Act with confidence in responding to Guest enquiries in a helpful manner.
*Encourage Cast & Crew and role model the provison of memorable moments for Guests whenever possible.
*Take full ownership of the empowerment to resolve Guest challenges as soon as possible and support Cast & Crew to do this.
*Deliver excellence in Guest service at all times.
*Suggest and recommend to Guests.
*Liaise with the Retail Executive any challenges, issues and store/cart/outlet achievements and improvements.
