Experience *Malay  speaking, reading and writing skills essential.
Skills: *Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English essential.

Job Summary:
The Retail Crew are responsible for ensuring the delivery of friendly service excellence while maintaining store displays, generating sales and processing retail transactions. 
Working Environment:
This is an onstage position involving direct contact with Guests, Cast & Crew. Most work will be required to be performed in a purpose built retail environment generating sales, delivering friendly service and cash handling.

*To attend training and development programs in order to promote personal and career growth.
*To engage and particpate in the daily briefing programs.
*To participate in assigned On-The-Job training, demonstrating competence, completing assignments and applying SOP's, new skills and standards back in the workplace.

*To understand, follow and enforce all standard operating procedures in order to exceed the opertaional requirments and ensure Guests receive the highest standards of quality and service at all times.

*To enforce and adhere to all Malaysian laws, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting and safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimise risk and maintain a clean, safe and hygenic environment for all Guest, Cast & Crew.
*To manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any Guests, Cast & Crew or Company property.

*To display a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while commnuicating effectively with out Guests and fellow Cast & Crew in order to support the company vision, core values and brand promise.
*To represent and promote Genting Skyworlds in a positive manner at all times in order to maintain a professinoal brand image to all concerned stakeholders.
*To listen actively to our Guest feedback, request and concerns in order to take action in an ethical, effective and timely manner to exceed their expectations.
*To enforce attraction rules and provide crowd control in a friendly manner throughout the areas as necessary in order to ensure the Guest's safety and enjoyable experience.

*To maintain building, facilities, equipment and supplies in order to minimise damage, reduce waste and control costs.
*To actively seek and implement cost saving programs in order provide positive financial results.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
*Open and close the store according to trained SOP’s. 
*Demonstrate product knowledge by presenting the features and benefits of the merchandise to the Guests.
*Follow the steps of service.
*Display stock attractively according to presentation standards.
*Participate in stock takes.
*Receive and process incoming stock.
*Report out of date, missing or damaged stock.
*Rotate stock and monitor use by dates.
*Process stock transfers.
*Operate POS equipment according to procedure.
*Create an exciting and vibrant park atmosphere by ‘spruiking’ retail items.
*Act with confidence in responding to Guest enquiries in a helpful manner.
*Provide memorable moments for Guests whenever possible.
*Take full ownership of the empowerment to resolve Guest challenges as soon as possible.
*Deliver excellence in Guest service at all times.
*Suggest and recommend to Guests.
