Project Management Qualifications

  1. Project Management experience (8-10 years), with successful projects in any of the following (preference in descending order)
    1. L&H development for resorts, hotels, spas
    2. Urban/city/township planning
    3. Real estate especially mixed development of residence, commercial, schools & malls
    4. Medical or infrastructure projects e.g. hospitals, airports, roadworks, rail
    5. Energy & resource e.g. oil & gas, electricity generation, water supply/treatment
    6. Production & manufacturing, especially industries with automation
    7. Technology
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (active)
  3. People management experience as team lead (5 years)
  4. Possess & displays the following skill set & competencies
    • Analytical skills (Insights-driven persuasive analyses that enables good-decision making)
    • Problem solving skills (Out of the box thinking / Quick, simple and/or practical solutions)
    • Communication skills
      • Succinct & concise writing. Able to write management reports professionally.
      • Confident, clear & composed in presentations.

      • Participative in discussions.
    • Business Operations / Business Development skills
      • Business modelling, financial modelling, cost estimates, budgeting, P&L knowledge.
      • New business development skills (new products, new markets or diversification)
