Receiving Supervisor - Material Requirement Planning

 

Job Description 

  • To create Planned order / Purchase Requisition (PR)
  • To prepare Replenishment worksheet
  • To prepare Upon request order list for every Material range
  • To monitor stock fall below safety level by using early warning report        
  • To run stock out report, slow moving report                                                                   
  • To prepare form B for Material to be blocked
  • To follow up on outstanding Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) with Purchasing
  • Update Total PR created according to quantity and value
  • Office administration work such as filing and etc.
  • To perform other duties as and when directed by Superior
  • To follow up daily out of stock items with Purchasing
  • To monitor departmental activities comply with OSHA & ISO
  • To comply and conform all Quality Management System requirement as set by Management

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • At least 2 years of clerical working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must have basis knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good in calculation
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantage
