Job Description of Receiving Executive


To assist in Receiving and Warehouse Material Planning activities.


  • To ensure quantity and quality of goods received meet specification as per Purchase Order.
  • To analyze demand/forecast and order the correct level of stocks to support user operation required capacity.
  • To track the status of Purchase Requisition and Purchase order.
  • To liaise with supplier on delivery schedules.
  • To follow up on Goods Return Notes and Credit Notes with respective suppliers and other department personnel.
  • To coordinate communication between suppliers and other relevant departments (Purchasing, End user and etc.)
  • To perform other duties as and when directed by Superior.
  • Monitor compliance of all policies and procedure relating to Receiving & Company
  • To comply and conform all Quality Management System requirement as set by Management.
  • To prepare the reports and updates as and when required.


Skills and Specifications Requirements

  • Good communication skill and writing skill
  • Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantage
  • Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage
  • Competent in MS Excel
  • Ability to work Independently and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills


Education and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Economics/Supply Chain/ Logistic/Accounting or related field.
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management required for this position but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
