Job Description of Receiving Executive

 

  • Responsible to supervise the Receiving staff to ensure they follow the correct policy and procedures.
  • Perform Receiving at Warehouse and perform spot check on quality of goods received daily.
  • Monitor suppliers deliveries arrived promptly and timely.
  • Work with Purchasing Dept on fulfilment and Operations (such as F&B outlet) to improve service standard.
  • To prepare Receiving weekly report and monthly report.
  • To compile and analyses statistics of the sampling plan.
  • To get feedback and follow up with operations on any goods quality issue for improvement.
  • To ensure site and employee performance are in compliance with HACCP, foods delivery requirement, Halal, EHS, OSHA, PO specification Standard
  • Handling stocks and make sure received items are handled efficiently.
  • To investigate on discrepancies found in stock variance report.
  • To follow up on Goods Return Notes and Credit Notes with respective suppliers and other department personnel
  • Training employees and assigning duties to staff.  
  • Maintain the receiving area and ensure it is always clean and organized.
  • Ensure all records are properly filed and kept
  • To monitor employee movement record
  • To comply and conform to Quality Management System requirement as set by Management.

 

Skills and Specifications Requirements

 

  • Good communication skill and writing skill
  • Speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Knowledge and keen interest in food and beverage ingredients
  • Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Operations will be an added advantage
  • Competent in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work Independently and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
