Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM qualification or min 1 year clerical experience.
  •  Knowledge of PC application (Microsoft Office Sortware application /spreadsheet) is an advantage.

 

Job Description :

  • Responsible for the receiving, staging, issuing and posting of all goods including Direct Issued and also Warehouse items.
  • Check on temperature and cleanliness of the truck, seafood, chicken and meat item according to the guideline given.
  • Weighing of goods on scale, counting units, measures lengths, thickness etc. with the required tools provided.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate receipt inventory by physically or electronically in to the computer system and record all invoices or DO into log book . Goods without PO or PR are to record and submit to Purchasing.
  • Rejections have to record and keep Purchasing, end user informed.
  • Check on expiry date, manufacturing label, HALAL status and ensure DML food are following HACCP standard (for items required expire date, HALAL status and HACCP).
  • To check and discharge Diesel at all area in the resort.
  • To receive goods sent by supplier daily.
  • To raise RG and ask supplier’s driver to sign on sample, repair, goods before return to the respective supplier.
  • To carry out any other assignment or task given by superior as and when required.
  • To comply and conform all Quality Management System requirement as set by Management.
