Job Overview:
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all on-premise technical systems and initiatives. This role involves managing technical projects related to the in-house online radio station, the Visitor Center, studio production, and on-premise digital displays. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, while also providing technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
In-House Online Radio Station Technical Management:

• Oversee the technical infrastructure of the radio station, including broadcast automation systems, streaming servers, audio processing equipment, and network connectivity.
• Manage technical projects related to upgrades, maintenance, and expansion of the radio station's technical capabilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to broadcast staff and resolve technical issues promptly.

On-Premise Visitor Center Technical Operations:

• Manage the technical operations and maintenance of all equipment within the Visitor Center, including digital displays, interactive exhibits, sound systems, lighting, and network infrastructure.
• Oversee technical projects related to new installations, upgrades, and maintenance of Visitor Center technology.
• Provide technical support to Visitor Center staff and visitors, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Studio Production Oversight:

• Manage the daily operation production aspects of the studio, including post-production workflows.
• Oversee technical projects related to studio upgrades, equipment maintenance, and workflow optimization.

On-Premise Digital Screen Management:

• Manage the technical infrastructure for on-premise digital displays, including content management systems (CMS), media players, display hardware, and network connectivity.
• Oversee technical projects related to content scheduling, display maintenance, and integration with other systems.

Project Management and Vendor Management:

• Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects related to on-premise media initiatives, adhering to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), timelines, and budgets.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, technical support, and other services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Media Production, Project Management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support and project management, preferably in a media or entertainment environment.
• Strong understanding of audio/video technology, networking, IT infrastructure, and digital content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
