Job Title: Project Executive – Multimedia Platform and Infrastructure
Department: Resort Marketing
Reports To: Project Manager – Multimedia Platform and Infrastructure
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Project Manager in the day-to-day operations, provided technical support and ensured platform uptime and stability for our Guest Experience Center and Online Radio Station. You will be responsible for managing the technical support for our CMS platforms (Scala, Coolux)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the equipment, including displays, sound systems, and interactive exhibits.
- Responsible for managing content for interactive displays, presentations, and other multimedia elements.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of the online broadcasting platform, ensuring stable and high-quality audio and video streams.
- Monitoring platform performance and stability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CMS software (optional).
