Job Requirements:


  • B.A. in Stage Mangement and/or Performing Arts, with Production and Technical emphasis highly desirable;
  • Extensive Stage Management experience is required, and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast, rapid changing environment;
  • Well-developed and excellent communication skill (written & oral), and capacity to solve problems and unexpected obstacles;
  • High level of organization, attention to details, ability to follow through completely and meeting deadlines;
  • Malay and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills preferred;
  • Professional experience managing live entertainment experiences in theatre and/or in industrial show products;
  • Past Experience in Theme Park Live Entertainment or high scale production shows is preferred;
  • Theme Park Parade Operations experience would be a plus;
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), with good documentation skills;
  • Strong portfolio of past work;
  • Extensive knowledge of AV and special effects.


Job Descriptions:


  • Works closely with the Entertainment Manager, Creative Director, and other resident staff to set and model professional and ethical tone, to hold standards of safety and excellence, and to ensure that company operations and policies are uniformly understood and followed;
  • Ensures consistent quality, artistic integrity and consistency of process, guaranteeing a high level of performance maintenance & preserving high production values according to standards and as directed by the Entertainment Manager & Creative Director;
  • Sets standards and practices for the stage management team, and provides timely feedback;
  • Maintains and edits the master production calender, as per the Entertainment Manager;
  • Attends pre-production meetings as assigned;
  • Ensures that all rehearsal and performance details are clearly and accurately communicated to the Production Team ( Designers,   Directors, Performers, Staff and Crew);
  • Provides timely feedback to ensure that rehearsal and performance reports are descriptive, accurate and publised in a timely manner;
  • Provides direct oversight of all technical rehearsals;
  • Supervises the creation, maintenance and accuracy of each production prompt script, running and/or cue sheets, and production checks lists for management and archive purposes;
  • Ensures appropriate and adequate supplies and materials needed for SM teams (scripts, office supplies, safety supplies);
  • Handles special projects, as assigned by the Entertainment Manager;
  • Experience in installing special content for Seasonal Events and execute all rehearsals.
