Payroll Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle payroll processing.
• Ensure that the monthly payroll processing is completed within the stipulated timelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation to meet the statutory requirements.
• Assist in audits exercises.
• Perform variance analysis on the payroll movements.
• Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc assigned projects from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or related accounting professional qualifications (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA,CPA, CIMA)
• Minimum one year experience in handling end to end payroll processing.
• Able to handle all confidential matters with sensitivity and integrity.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
