Job description:

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day Mall Operations including property management, tenant management, cleanliness, facilities management, repairs, maintenance and security.
  • Ensure tenants complies to the house rules, tenancy agreements, regulations of the mall.
  • Ensure all periodical services been carried out as schedule.
  • Identify process improvements, automation opportunities and streamlining for cost efficiency and staff productivity
  • Responsible for expenses budget setting and overall expenses control of shopping malls operations.
  • Able to conduct root cause analysis to problems and crystalise / propose solutions and options with target deadlines and costs implications.
  • Managing good and professional rapport with tenants and business associates and other department colleagues.
  • Define, manage and track quality and service key performance indicators on all operational aspects
  • Manage and guide the team on daily operational matters and malls enhancement projects.
  • Manage good and professional rapport with other supporting departments.
  • Lead implementation of improvement projects.

 

 Job requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Property/Building Management or its equivalent with 7 years working experience in property/shopping mall management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in leading/ supervise a group of team members
  • Good understanding of shopping mall operations and associated policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties. 
  • Willing to base at Genting Highlands Resort, Pahang
