This role is part of Genting Malaysia’s strategic transformation initiatives, contributing to the development of Resorts World Genting into a premier tourism and entertainment hub. The manager will oversee packaging strategies, data-driven decision-making, strategic partnerships, and project execution.

Job Description

  1. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.    
  2. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to guide decision-making.   
  3. Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and partnership strategies.
  4. Prepare report.
  5. Design and implement attractive packaging strategies for products and services.
  6. Coordinate promotional campaigns across various platforms including digital, retail, and experiential.
  7. Monitor effectiveness of packaging initiatives and adjust based on performance data.   

 Job specification   

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.

  2. Proven experience in strategic partnerships, marketing, and data analysis.

  3. Strong project management and leadership skills.

  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  5. Proficiency in data visualization and analytic tools
