Desired Qualifications *Minimum 3 years of operations management and team leadership experience
Experience *Malay and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills helpful.  Basic English.
Skills: *Experience in costume technology, maintenance, care and operations.
  *Experience with costume repair and production preferred.
  *Basic sewing skills helpful but not essential.
  *Ability to learn IT and electronic data systems.
  *Good organization and customer service skills.
  *Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  *Able to stand for extended periods of time.    
  *Willingness to learn in the entertainment and costuming industry.
Job Summary:
The Supervisor, Costume Distribution is to manage costume distribution staff and day-to-day operations of the Entertainment Costume Distribution Department and support the scope for ongoing entertainment costume operations and events, and implement new costumes into operation as needed.
•Manage costume distribution staff in the costume distribution area including delegation of duties and tasks.
•Monitor and motivate staff, facilitate inter-department communication.
•Tracking staff work processes, instructing and guiding costume staff in required daily work goals and procedures (including problem solving and repair for daily issues)
•Communicate consistently with Executive, Costume Distribution by reporting on staff's performance in order to provide feedback to staff for both recognition and improvement from time to time.
•Oversee daily operation including issuing and tracking of daily character costumes.
•Maintain staff member schedules.  Perform proper and timely administration of daily operations.

Working Environment:
This position is based both in the costume workroom area and around the park.  It is expected the manager will actively watch entertainment offerings on a daily and weekly basis to improve quality.  The manager may be requested to fulfil duty manager position when required and work a varied schedule due to operational needs.
