Landscape General Worker

Job Scope

• Daily execution of landscape maintenance or Nursery production work
• Monitor and guide landscape workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate work activities according to schedules and instructions from supervisors.
• Report any issues, irregularities, or performance concerns related to outsourced teams to the Landscape Supervisor.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition; report damages or losses promptly.
• Ensure that all gardening work complies with company policies, environmental practices, and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform basic hands-on gardening work when needed to support the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior working experience in related fields (Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture or Nursery background preferably)
• Experience in Foreign worker’s management.
• Basic knowledge of handling plants, gardening tools and equipment.
• Able to understand, follow work instructions and execute.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
