JOB SCOPE:

• Ensuring Nurseries are properly managed with proper management SOPs and output standards and quantity in placed. 
• Plan and execute departmental yearly target and projects.
• Manage Team that consist of local and foreign workers.
• Propagate and deliver plants based on company’s required timeline and amounts.
• Maintenance of Landscape plants to ensure proper growth and in shape.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Landscape Architecture or related field; or
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related fields (Landscape Horticulture, Agriculture or Nursery background preferably)
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good knowledge in fertilizer usage, pest and disease control, propagation technique. 
• Willing to work night shift when required. 
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu
