Job Responsibilities:

• To manage and monitor the teams that resolves problem from our customers and installs Company projects.

• To manage workloads and prioritize work across the teams as well as develop the service delivery organization within the Company.

• Involved in a variety of interaction with Company’s customers and the customer systems.

• Ensuring the smooth running of our Customers systems and network infrastructure ensuring they get maximum benefits from them.


Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience with exposure in multi customer environment.

• Possess of strong analytical, problem solving skills & innovative thinking

• Display and apply knowledge of technologies including: Microsoft, Infrastructure Networks, network/security technologies, server virtualization and an awareness and understanding of additional software programme and technologies relevant to technical infrastructure environments

• Knowledge of installing, configuring and administrating Microsoft desktop, Server operating systems and storage systems

• A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders

• To work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner
