JOB DESCRIPTION

 

1) Administer executive level employment movement such as hiring/confirmation/transfer/promotion/resignation/termination

2) Ensure all employment movement of employees are captured accurately in HRMS and the documentation/letter is prepared and despatched to the concerning Head of Department / employee in a timely manner

3) Ensure that the data in SAP system is keyed in and maintained accurately by the HRMS team to avoid inaccurate payment of salary

4) Administer the issuance of ID cards to executives, Wisma Genting employees, student trainees, OSH and third party contractors

5) Administer and monitor the usage of company laptop and company vehicle

6) Raise work order for the repair and /or maintenance of lighting, air-condition, electrical appliances, etc as well as to restocking of stationery

7) Coordinate payment for external courier services and experian system

8) Administer to the employee screening  for RAMCI, KYC6 and Google Search

9) Ensure complete adherence or compliances to Employment Act and company approved policies such as Employee Handbook and Staff Collective Agreement

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

1) Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administation oof related fields

2) Minimum 3 years experience in related Human Resource field

3) Achievement oriented to accomplish tasks/responsibilities assigned 

4) Ability to work independently and as part of team

5) Able to work under presure and efficiently

6) Discreation, confidentiality and professionalism at all times

7) Attention to details
