Job Description

  • Provide psychological assessment to the company employee for the case formulation of the crisis or challenges that the individual currently faces.
  • Carry out professional counselling services on an individual basis or group basis (when needed) to the company employee and any relevant person who is involved in the crisis or challenges that are faced by the employee.
  • Have ongoing research for new content suitable for counselling activities and discuss it with other team members during the team meeting.
  • To plan, promote, and conduct related programs such as workshops, talks, and guidance classes for the employees.
  • Attend regular supervision and training to enhance professional services.  
  • Facilitate any duties of the company assigned from time to time.

 

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidate with 2 years' experience in relevant field. 
  • Good in interpersonal skills
