BASIC FUNCTION:

In charge of Front Office Department preserving the best quality standards and good order of the House as expresses by the Management.

To handle guest request and complaints efficiently and professionally with justify service recovery.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  1. Minimum SPM Education. Preferably Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management.
  2. Basic Computer Knowledge
  3. Preferably with two (2) years working experience as Supervisor
  4. Well versed in Front Office job function
  5. Able to write reports and make recommendation when required
  6. Abilities to work independently
  7. Good interpersonal skill
  8. Good leadership
  9. Interest to work with people
  10. Willing to work long hour
  11. Pleasant personallity
