Basic Function:

To carry out daily routine job function in the area which has been assigned under his/her care in Genting Bowl.

  1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Opening  and closing of business premise
  • Cleanliness & hygiene- To ensure cleanliness & hygiene is maintained at all times in the business premise.
  • Cashiering functions – Collection of deposit (if so required by the policy f the Department) and perform transactions (cash, credit card , etc), to assist the cashier if needed.
  • To ascertain the total collection for the day and bank in to the General Cashier in the Finance Department.
  • Customer service – To ensure customer service is maintained at a high level at all times.
  • Checking and receiving socks when socks arrive
  • Promote and suggest sales
  • Collect the bowling ball from ball return racks to bowling ball rack follow by ball weighted. To ensure the bowling ball is always locate on respective bowling ball rack follow by ball weighted
  • Clean the bowling shoes and bowling balls.
  • Provide assist to customer on bowling lane terminal and contact the bowling technical once the bowling lanes is error.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained at all times. This is in regard to the Goods Transfer Form and Stock Take Form.
