Job Description

-Ensure all preparatory works of guests’ arrival are processed accurately, thoroughly checked and in order before guests arrival / departure: ETA /ETD, Registration Cards, keys, Status of guests, Special request & etc.

-Smile, greet & welcome all arriving guest warmly & courteously.

-Register and check in guest according to reservation, rate and desires room type.

-Acknowledge room deposit payment by cash or credit card.

-Usher and escort guest to their suites upon arrival & send guest off upon departure. 

-Key in guest particulars and payment details in GhpMS.

-Handle guest’s safe deposit box request according to standard operating procedures.

-Promotes cross-selling of any events, services / current programmes /promotions.

-Assist to check room to ensure cleanliness and defect free before guests arrival.  

-Handle guests mail / messages / inquiries.

-Keep abreast with the day’s office memorandums / notices / messages.

-Keep abreast with the day’s arrivals and departures.

-File office reports, records and correspondences.

-Stay up-to-date with current hotel activities & information resort-wide.

-Attend department briefings and meetings.

-Keep neatness and cleanliness of front office reception in check.

-Ensure adequate stock level of front office stationery and keys.

-Handles all groups meal arrangement according to meal format by meal date, type, venue and number of pax.

-Take on front desk cashiering duties as and when assigned.

-Take over cash float where necessary.

-Perform work-related tasks as and when delegated by Superiors.
