Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to Secretary Theme Park Technical Services Admin;
  • Prepare and issue department related correspondence;
  • Maintain department office supplies;
  • Manage department required print jobs;
  • Maintain the divisions purchase orders;
  • Attend and participate in divisional meetings;
  • Maintain confidentiality in regard to pay rates and other classified information;
  • Monitor and follow through all e-mail correspondence and queries;
  • Minute-taking for assigned meetings;
  • Maintain filing system for the Department;
  • Develop and practice proven administrative procedures.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification;
  • Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking, reading and writing skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software;
  • Teamwork qualities required;
  • Customer Service skills.
