Job description
Provide clerical assistance to Road Management department
- Internal & external correspondence - email, letter and call
- Handling documentation and filing
- Generate job tickets raised by end users
- Monitor submission of overtime form from respective section
- Issuing of pagers
Job requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification;
- Able to speak & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Preferable with 1 year administrative working experience
