Landscape General Worker

Job Scope:

1. Plan, assign and oversee daily landscape and nursery upkeep tasks such as grass cutting, pruning, planting, irrigation and pest control.
2. Supervise and coordinate a team of local and foreign workers, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with schedules.
3. Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure landscaping quality meets company and client standards.
4. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of landscaping tools, machinery and materials.
5. Maintain attendance records, work reports and site documentation.
6. Report any issues, irregularities or performance concerns related to outsourced teams to the Landscape Executive.
7. Ensure that all gardening work complies with company policies, environmental practices, and workplace safety regulations.
8. Perform basic hands-on gardening work when needed to support the team.

Requirements:

• Prior working experience (2 years & above) in supervisory role in related fields (Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture or Nursery background preferably).
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu or English.
• Strong leadership, team management, and proble-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of handling plants, gardening tools and equipment.
• Basic computer lteracy (e.g., using mobile apps or Excel for reporting) is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Goods Driving License is an advantage.
